Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
is anyone actually watching Brazil-Croatia? all of the matches in Brazil's group seem like a waste of time.
in another unimportant match, i predict Chile will absolutely DOMINATE Australia on Friday

Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
Opening game, of course I'm watching. Croatia isn't that bad, but Brazil Is that good if you watched them in the confederations cup. They by far have the best backline in the world cup Tiago Silva,Dante,Alves,Marcelo insane...

Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
Brazil look decent but their defense is so shaky. I'll laugh if they make it to the final...and lose.

LOL? You actually are watching/analyzing soccer? Mancard revoked for eternity.

I've followed soccer forever. I didn't watch the whole game but I saw 75% of it. It's an event Kirk and since I had the day off I figured why the fuck not?BIG KROK V8 SS wrote:Pogue wrote:Brazil look decent but their defense is so shaky. I'll laugh if they make it to the final...and lose.

Our predictions were both petty close. Also yeah Brazil's defense didn't have a good day, but if you followed this team you would know that their strength is in their backline. They should be solid as the tournament moves along.

Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
6 players of liverpool fc played that match.
suarez was the only one playing for uruguay.
if i were liverpool coach i'd do everything i could to keep suarez.

Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
Uruguay didn't even need Forlan; England is that bad.
And Brazil still isn't looking good at all. They will fall to Germany in semis or Netherlands/Italy in the final.
I'll also predict Belgium will make it past Argentina to reach the semis.

anyway, how about ghana almost beating germany 2-1! holy shit ! germany came up with the tie though. damn
US might actually qualify in the bracket of death.
also anyone notice how messi has caught fire this world cup where the last two world cups he scored maybe once or twice in the whole tournament?

holy shit soccer players are a joke...

I mean... I enjoy watching the game, but goddamn... there were at least a dozen blatant dives in the Uruguay vs. Italy match today...
They should replace refs with the players' moms, so they can literally cry to mommy ever time they come in contact with another player.

I also bet that a bunch of adult men behave like a bunch of metrosexual children by cheating, trying to tattle-tale, and bite each other. Also, apparently biting another person causes a full grown adult male to tumble to the ground and roll around in pain. These guys make Lebron look like a war hero.

Meh, Ireland cares more about rugby and Gaelic football than soccer. Besides my other team is playing Belgium tomorrow. So if we beat them it's like we beat your retarded little brother who can't stand up for himself. Whatcha gonna do now?

Belgium is more like the son of France and Netherlands.
btw looking at how bad was Germany, France looks stronger than them

Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
Well, even though we got beat, that was the most entertaining game of the tournament so far. Belgium actually look very solid. I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Argentina.
Re: FIFA World Cup betting thread
I think it's a toss up who wins at this point. There hasn't looked to be an overwhelming favorite, it seems pretty balanced overall.Pogue wrote:Well, even though we got beat, that was the most entertaining game of the tournament so far.
