if u want to do ratings u need to take alot of stuff into account... not saying asmo didnt do this.
1)you have to look at 1 v 1/ BC ability which is probably top priority light/dark
2)Captaining ability
3)game awareness/ checking the minimap and know whats going on with everyone else on ur team and the enimies
4)general listening and reading captains orders and following
5)working as a teammate and coordination with team mates
General knoledge and not being a dumbass

let's just clear something up here asmo:

You are not a 4 baller.
You do not belong in same category as me, tirri, shai, dant, sam, ew, myrk, or really anyone you listed there.
You are not better than ska, CW, Paris, PK, Kil, Cave, Slate, Zer, Captain and few others that you have listed as 3s.

Unless this was a massive troll post, you have failed miserably.

Just for some perspective:

I have about the same amount of kills and dmg as you do, with HALF the amount of games played. I won't even mention our 1v1s. Please... explain why you feel we belong in the same category.

Given these extremely accurate ratings that cannot possibly be disputed, heres how the top teams line up on paper.

TMNT 30 (8 players) Average = 3.75
Agents 31 (9 players) Average = 3.44
TMNS 38 (12 players) Average = 3.17
ZOMG 26 (9 players) Average = 2.89

Proof that even Asmo thinks TMNT is stacking! If only ZOMG or TMNS didn't have players so much worse than Asmo like Cremisi and Flatline who are 2 balls below him. Also obviously Agents needed someone of Asmo's quality instead of a huge MWC non-achiever in Paris, I mean does that guy even lift?

But wait maybe I'm being unfair?

Lets look at the top 7 players a team could field.

TMNT 27
Agents 25
TMNS 25
ZOMG 22

Wait that didn't change much at all! Only thing it showed was TMNS has a larger roster rather than a stacked one.

There are no stats for the intangibles. We didn't team with asmo for his BC skills. More for his game awareness and communication. But also, you can't have a total liability either, and Asmo has improved skill wise as well. In the long run, top players would win in a say a flank battle vs asmo, but he'd def. give a fight and wouldn't be bowled over (unless he's playing in trackpad 'smo mode, but that doesn't happen during MWC games).

Granted I have never played with Asmo in a tourney.

But judging from his personal communication skills in lobby and while arguing, I cannot imagine he has "good" communication team skills.

I was mainly just saying Asmo ranked himself entirely too high is all.

That is basically the definition of a 3 baller...

Here's a 2v2 scenario for you... imagine 2 asmos...

Cap and Slate vs. Asmo and Asmo
Kil and Paris vs. Asmo and Asmo
Zer and CW vs. Asmo and Asmo
Cave and Rabican vs. Asmo and Asmo
PK and Ratking vs. Asmo and Asmo

These are all ppl he rated below himself, but I'd put my money on the other team every time. Intangibles... ya... great qualities, but when push comes to shove they don't make enough difference to justify an inflated rating. Are you telling me Cave, Rabican, CW, etc don't have the intangibles???

Asmo is more like the Kim Kardashian of the Myth

Extremely annoying and falls in love with pro mythers( GKG, EW)

Doesn't really understand what he is doing and has a very close scary relationship with his mom.

When he gets angry shouts random stuff that no one can really understand and usually just smile and nod because they think he may be special.

Also Asmo after time will claim to be the best there ever was.

Also tmnt only played the top teams in the tournament during the QR and a much improved wtc roster when we played them. You guys had a ratio fest vs like a 4 man Tcox team, which is about the difference of our ratios.

Absolutely. You had 5 people from your actual roster and your subs were better than the people they were replacing (Ghengis, Kryptos). I guess I better not forget to mention that it was 8v7 a majority of the games.

Your roster the rest of the tournament will not be better than the team you fielded last week.

Well, truth be told I think we had 4 members for the first 2 games, 5 for the last 4, in which we went 2 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie.

We were also missing some of our key guys in Adren and Tirri and Zak.

How have I padded my stats? my only matches were vs. TMNT, Agents, and TCox... and TCox played with more than 4 ppl. You've subbed in easy matches and played a weakened WTC. Again, I have as many kills/dmg as you with HALF of your # of games.

And are you trying to say Ghengis, Kryptos, Slate and Cremisi are better than me and Tirri? jesus christ man... Ghengis for sure is a great sub, but the rest definitely did not help our cause. Perhaps they are better *players* than zak, but he is our captain... from what I can see from the results, Rabican captained for us and was probably shitfaced drunk at the time.

also consider i've been the kills/dmg leader and heavyhitter on a top contender/championship team for years, not to mention the ratios leader for a few MWCs... you seem to have overlooked that fact.

either way, TMNS will be playing ZOMG in the BB finals on Aug. 11... stay tuned.

Everyone knows that Sam won the match for TMNT subsituting so that Agents would play a weaker opponent in the Top Bracket rather than the stronger one.

Not to mention Kryp threw the match for TMNS.

1. Never said 1v1 doesn't help in 2-team, but there is many other factors.
2. I rated you a 4, which is good. GK has been the heavy hitter on THE CHAMPIONSHIP team for years.

GKG and Adren fail to distinguish 1vs1 proficiency vs individual ability in a 2t medium. Relax, you still have an edge in 2t.

In 2t the playing field is to a degree more equal, as the arsenal of units available is limited to less than 1vs1. Weaknesses of 3 ballers are filtered and less likely to be exploited in 2t through appropriate unit distribution. There are 3 ballers that cannot manage melee squads, however use arty equal to a 4 baller and vice versa.

The elements from which individual ratings should be determined is skill balance, combined with personal judgement (strategy). Adren discrediting GK or myself is folly and laughable, either of us on a flank vs him has no clear prognosis.

Nobody is ultimately superior, pretending to be only determines whether you are an ass or not. Winning most 1v1 games is commendable and should be respected in it's own, but it is minuscule in importance when rating 2t performance.
